A Cleanish Start

When you think about how many different foods you consume and products you use in a day, the process of trying to switch to cleaner, safer versions can be overwhelming.  My advice would be to start small, prioritize, and don't stress yourself out with an unrealistic timeline.  

Start Small

Don't throw out everything in your pantry or makeup drawer and try to replace everything at once.  Look at your bathroom counter or in your refrigerator and see what you are running low on.  Pick one or two products or food items and start there.

Prioritize

Also, think about what products you use or foods you eat on a daily basis.  Products like deodorant and moisturizer are applied and absorbed by your skin everyday so switching to cleaner, safer versions of products you use everyday is the perfect place to start.
